Information, Policy & Care Instructions

Information:

We deliver currently to the Triad area (From Robinhood Rd. Winston Salem). $3 for the first 10 miles and $.50 after. We accept Cashapp, Zelle, Venmo and Cash. We require at least 24 hours notice for an arrangement to be made. All arrangements are designers choice unless otherwise discussed. We are more than happy to make something similar to what we have already made (depending on availability of flowers), but no one flower is the same. It is like art and made special for the individual that is receiving it. To place orders you may call the number provided, email or reach out to us on social media.

Policy:

All money is due at the time your order is placed. Refunds are given for normal arrangements if cancelled within 72 hours of when order is to be picked up or delivered. For larger events we require 50% non refundable deposit when booking and the remaining balance is due 30 days before event (non refundable unless otherwise discussed).

Care Instructions:

To care for your flowers fill vase 3/4 full with luke warm water. Use about 1/2 flower food. Change water every other day using other half of flower food after 3rd water change. Do not place flowers near fruits or direct drafts or sunlight. This will wilt flowers. Included with each arrangement is a business card, vase and flower food.
